Approximately six months ago we had to apply for a Certificate of FSC, they send a team to audit us, and now we are still in their control in the manufacture of furniture to FSC standards. They introduced to us SystemChain-of-Custody (COC), At present we have 80% in this certification process, and we will get the FSC certificate in December 2010

Guidelines for FSC certification guarantees that forests are not broken to the point of degradation and natural systems remain intact. Under these guidelines, the forest can not be collected without purpose or carelessly. They must be registered to maintain the natural flow habitat, economic viability (for all forest products) and to avoid use of hazardous chemicals, fertilizers and pesticides.
